Mr. Liang earned his Master Degree in physics at the China Science and Technology University -- the Chinese MIT. From 1986 until 2002, Mr. Liang worked for Weihai Import and Export Co. as business manager. In this capacity Mr. Liang gained broad knowledge of many industries, and became an expert at negotiating and closing deals. He is widely traveled, having visited a number of foreign countries including the USA, Russia, Germany, UK and Thailand. Currently, Mr. Liang represents Pennsylvania Crusher Corporation (PCC) in China. As such, Mr. Liang travels China-wide meeting with the top power research institutes, utility installations, power engineering firms, etc.
