Mr. Nobuhara is founder and president, IBT, a Japanese consulting firm. Dr. Weckesser is a member of IBT board and Mr. Nobuhara is on SCI's board and is a significant equity holder in SCI. SCI and IBTV have worked together on over 40 projects during the past 6 years. And SCI principals, with Nobuhara-san, are authors of two books published in Japan on entrepreneurial development: Emerging Software Company and A to Z of Software Development in the US.

Mr. Nobuhara is a strategy consultant working at the crossroads of government, big business and small/medium size entrepreneurial business. His board, for examples, includes executives from Sumitomo, NEC Solutions, and others, and he is a strategic advisor to numerous companies, including JAFCO (venture capital), Hitachi, NTT Data, Woodland Corporation (ERP software), Tsubasa System (automotive SCM), Aplix (embedded JAVA systems), Design Automation (CAD/CAM), Prime System (video compression), Tokyo Data System, Metropolitan Computer Engineers Association, and others. He sits on the board of Elmic Systems, a Windows CE enhancement company, and is Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Consortium for Business Object Promotion (120members). He has also managed numerous large-scale projects, such as National Consortium-based Computer System, Development of Elderly Care (with Panasonic, Sharp, Synergy, etc.), MITI-supported Open EDI System Development, and IPA-supported Common Architecture Development for unifying Distributed Components.

In the public sector, he is Chairman, Okayama City IT Strategy Committee, and consultant to the Ministry of International Trade & Industry, Kita-Kyushu City, Human Media Development Center, Japan Association of New Business Incubation, and the Organization Electronics Technology Laboratory.

In the past he has consulted with such companies as NEC, IFC Japan, Credit Swiss Group, Jardin Fleming, County Natwest, AIG Group, Mitsubishi, Marubeni, ITOCHU, Hewlett Packard, SmithKline Beecham, PPG, Bank America, BASF, BHP (Australia), Bell South, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Japan Land Agency, MITI, Ministry of Post Office, JETRO, IPA, SOFTIC, Nomura Research Institute, and others.
