Mr. Liang is stationed in Tianjin, China. He is an expert on the China power industry and has close personal ties to most of the major heavy manufacturers in the power sector, including Chinese petrochemical enterprises, power plants, steam & gas turbine manufacturers, compressor manufacturers, blower manufacturers, air products manufacturers, boiler manufacturers, gearbox manufacturers, and others. Some of the Chinese companies with which he has close ties include Hangzhou Steam Turbine, Shanghai Steam Turbine, Harbin Steam Turbine, Deng Feng Steam Turbine, and Qingdao Steam Turbine Works, as well as other huge suppliers such as Dalian Pumps & Compressors, Shenyang Blower Works, Shanghai Blower Works, Wenzhou Great Pumps, and more.

Mr. Liang is currently representing Waukesha Bearings. Since he began representing Waukesha in 1997, Mr. Liang has taken over number one market share for these highly specialized bearings in the China market. Prior to this he worked for the International Exchange & Cooperation Division, Tianjin Scientific and Technical Exchange Center, facilitating technology exchange, technology transfer, and joint ventures between the Chinese and foreign firms. Mr. Liang graduated from the Foreign Languages Department, Tianjin Institute of Technology, specializing in scientific and technical English, and later from Tanjin Xihua Vocational University with a specialty in international trade.
